Appetizers are by themselves quite fascinating. Sometimes when I eat in a restaurant with a good, interesting menu, I just pick 3-4
appetizers. That way, I can experience variety of tastes. I have a minimal choice here but will add more.
Still, having a crostini topped with chopped liver, one with guacamole and another with just tomatoes, EVOO and basil while spooning some
cowboy caviar would be quite awesome.
